The Kansas City Chiefs announced on Monday that the club has released LBs Weston Dacus and Justin Rogers.

Dacus spent the 2009 season on injured reserve with Kansas City. He saw duty in eight games for the Chiefs in 2008 after joining the club as a rookie free agent from Arkansas. Rogers played in one contest for Kansas City in 2009. The SMU product played in 31 contests with Dallas (2007-08) before joining the Chiefs.
